Helping you, to help yourself

Hypnotherapy by David Finch – Terms & Conditions

It is my aim to ensure that I offer all my clients the best possible service.
Please note the following terms & conditions. Some programs may include variants to these terms.

General

I reserve the right to change dates and venues. I also reserve the right to alter the course content, location, or cancel at any time without liability.

Please let me know of any special requirements you may have to enable me to provide you with the best possible experience. I will make every effort in the selection of venue to accommodate disability of every kind. Unfortunately, provision of disabled facilities will be dependent upon the venue chosen.

Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, recordings, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed and provided, shall not be shared with any third party.

All conditions or warranties as to the quality of the session materials supplied or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.

I will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services you order under this agreement, but I do not guarantee any results of the services.  Any decision you make having received any of my services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.

Appointments

As a professional clinic, I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Each session will be 2 hours maximum. Please be on time so that I can be on time for following clients and ensure a fair system for everyone. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will forfeit that appointment, and payment will be due.

Programs expire if all sessions have not been completed within three months after the last session has been taken.

Refunds

Clients are expected to commit to attending the whole of the program booked. I will use all reasonable care and skill in assessing and adjusting your program accordingly, your success of your program is conditional on attending sessions, using any reinforcement techniques and/or attending ongoing therapeutic sessions.

In the event of your withdrawal from the program, for any reason whatsoever, you will remain responsible for the pro rate share of the package that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of £150. I reserve the right to cancel the package if at any point, I feel it is not advantageous for the package to continue. If this happens, you are only responsible for the same pro rata rate mentioned above.

Client-Practitioner Relationship

During your consultations, you will engage in direct and personal conversations with your practitioner (David Finch) – your practitioner will be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. However, the full power of this relationship can only be granted by you.  I ask you to be committed, take action, be open, candid and ask for guidance and support in any area relevant. If at any stage, you believe the program is not working as desired, I invite you to communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the relationship. I am here to support you.

Congratulations on making this commitment to yourself and your healthy future!

By booking any available program online or face to face, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
